All claims are serviced by Solidarity & BKIC (GIG Bahrain) depending upon the insurance that you have purchased.
Extended Warranty Claims
Extended warranty is provided by BKIC (GIG Bahrain)
  1. We believe in making claim experience easy and convenient.
  2. 1. Visit stc Service Center in City Center with your device.
  3. 2. Dedicated agent appointed by BKIC (GIG Bahrain) will validate your device and help you filling the claim form.
  4. Note: You must visit stc Service Center in City Center within 3 days or BKIC (GIG Bahrain) reserves the right to refuse the claim.
  5. 3. Once the claim form is filled, you can handover the device instantly after removing the password and data or handover the device later. It is mandatory to handover the device within 10 days.
  6. 4. After handover is completed, the dedicated agent will arrange for assessment and communicate to you the date or repair/ replacement.
  7. 5. Once the device is ready, the dedicated agent will contact you again and you can visit stc Service Center to collect the device.
  8. It is also important to read terms and conditions mentioned in certificate and policy wording to get clear understanding of claim process and terms. In case of any complaint or query, you can contact stc or BKIC (GIG Bahrain) helpline at anytime.
